Michael is a Chemical Engineer turned full-time musician, educator, and entrepreneur. Certified by two reputed international institutions in music and related disciplines, he has conducted workshops and training programs for leading corporates, international schools, colleges, and universities, gaining valuable insight into the evolving needs of both education and industry.
His extensive professional network and deep understanding of the education and corporate sectors became the foundation for establishing AlterScale Intelligence. Supported by a community of accomplished former students, including graduates from premier institutions such as the IITs, he envisioned an organization that bridges the gap between academic learning, technological innovation, and real-world application.

Avijit Arya is the Founder of Skilign, an assessment-driven employability and workforce readiness company dedicated to helping students bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. A graduate of IIT Bombay, he brings over a decade of experience across education, skill development, consulting, government initiatives, and the social sector.
Throughout his career, Avijit has worked extensively with students from diverse backgrounds, designing learning programs, assessment frameworks, and training initiatives that enhance employability, practical skills, and career readiness.
